We place candidates into permanent, contract and seconded roles across Nigeria and internationally. Most of what we fill is never advertised, so the only way to see it is to be on our list.

What we place

The roles we work on

  • Permanent roles

    Finance, audit, tax, compliance, operations and general management, from qualified accountant through to finance director.

  • Seconded placements

    You work under a client’s direction but stay on our payroll, with our statutory obligations and cover. Useful for interim assignments and specialist work.

  • International placements

    We place candidates into roles outside Nigeria and support employers hiring into Nigeria, including work authorisation and cross-currency benchmarking.

  • Contract and project work

    Fixed-term engagements on system implementations, audit readiness and remediation programmes.

We never charge candidates

Our fees are paid by employers. If anyone asks you to pay to be placed, shortlisted or “registered”, using our name or any other, do not pay, and please tell us at Enquiry@reginelconsulting.com.

Your application

Everything except your CV takes a minute. Incomplete is fine. We would rather have you on the list than have you wait until the CV is perfect.

City and country.

Be specific: “Financial Controller” tells us more than “finance role”.

Questions

Before you apply

Do you have a list of open vacancies?
Not publicly. Most of the roles we fill are searched rather than advertised. Clients come to us precisely because they do not want to run an open advert. Sending your CV puts you in front of those mandates as they arise, which is the only way to see them.
What happens after I apply?
We review your application against current and upcoming mandates. We contact candidates whose experience matches an open role. If you do not hear from us it means nothing suitable is open, not that your application was dismissed. We keep your details for 12 months and come back to you if that changes.
Will you share my CV with employers without telling me?
No. We will always ask before sending your details to a specific client, and we will tell you who they are. Nothing is forwarded on the basis of the consent you give here. That consent covers us holding your details, not circulating them.
Do candidates pay any fees?
Never. Our recruitment fees are paid by the employer. If anyone asks you to pay to be placed or to be put on a shortlist, by us or by anyone else, do not pay it and please tell us.
How long do you keep my details?
Twelve months from your last contact with us, then we delete them, unless you ask us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete them at any time before that.
