Privacy Policy
How we collect, use and protect personal data.
1. Who we are
Reginel Consulting (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and in the course of our consulting engagements.
We operate from Nigeria. You can reach our data protection contact at Enquiry@reginelconsulting.com, or by telephone on +234 814 165 6883 or +234 904 559 6854. If you need a postal address for a formal request, ask and we will provide one.
2. What we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and to deliver our services.
Information you give us
- Enquiry and consultation forms: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name, the service you are interested in, your preferred meeting time, and the content of your message.
- Newsletter: your email address and, optionally, your name.
- Recruitment: where you send us a CV, the personal and employment information it contains.
- Engagements: during a consulting engagement we may process financial records, employee data and other business information belonging to your organisation, under a separate engagement letter and, where you require one, a data processing agreement.
Information collected automatically
- Strictly necessary cookies and local storage: we store your cookie preference in your browser so we do not ask again on every page. This requires no consent because the site cannot function correctly without it.
- Server logs: our hosting provider records IP addresses and request metadata for security and reliability purposes.
- Tax calculator: figures you enter into the calculator are processed in your browser. We do not require you to identify yourself to use it.
We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or data brokers.
3. Why we process it, and on what basis
Under section 25 of the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 we must have a lawful basis for each processing purpose. Ours are:

4. How long we keep it

5. Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 you have the right to be informed about how your data is used, to request a copy of it, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to receive your data in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing already carried out.
To exercise any of these, email Enquiry@reginelconsulting.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity first. This protects you, not us.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. If you are in the UK or EU, you may complain to your local supervisory authority.
6. How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest by our storage providers. Access is restricted to personnel who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication, and logged. We review access regularly and remove it promptly when someone leaves or changes role. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you and the Commission of a breach where the Act requires it.
7. Children
This site and our services are directed at businesses and are not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Changes to this policy
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Where a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell subscribers by email rather than relying on you to check this page.
