About
A consultancy organised around how businesses actually grow
Most firms sell one discipline (accounting, or recruitment, or strategy) and leave the client to assemble the rest. We organised around the sequence instead, because the problems arrive in a sequence.
Why we are built this way
The handover problem

A business raises money from one adviser, gets a strategy from another, hires through a third and discovers its controls are inadequate from a fourth, usually during due diligence for the next raise.
Every handover between those advisers loses context, and the client pays for the same diagnostic work repeatedly. Worse, no one is accountable for the whole: the funding adviser is not responsible for whether the money was deployed well, and the recruiter is not responsible for whether the role should have existed.
Reginel Consulting Firm covers seven pillars because they are the seven places a growing business gets stuck, and because the connections between them are where most of the value is. A funding gap is frequently a controls problem. A hiring problem is frequently a process problem. You cannot see that from inside a single discipline.
That is also the honest limit of this model. We are generalists with depth, not specialists in everything, and there are engagements we will refer elsewhere. We would rather say so than take the work.
How the pillars connect
One sequence, seven stages
Read top to bottom it is a growth path. Read as a diagnostic it tells you which conversation to have first.

How we work
Five commitments you can hold us to
Values statements are unfalsifiable. These are positions. Each one has a cost to us, which is what makes it worth stating.
- 01
We will tell you when the answer is no
If a funding round is unlikely to close, if a facility does not make economic sense, if the problem you have hired us for is not the problem you have, you will hear it early, while it is still cheap to act on. An adviser who only agrees with you is an expensive form of applause.
- 02
We will not audit what we built
Where we design or operate your financial systems and controls, we will not also provide assurance over them. Independence is not a formality; it is the only thing that makes an audit opinion worth anything. We prepare you for your statutory auditor and work alongside them.
- 03
We publish what we can evidence
Every number on this site carries a source. Claims we cannot substantiate do not appear, even where competitors publish theirs freely. If you ask us to prove something we have said, we can.
- 04
We are trying to make ourselves unnecessary
Consulting that does not transfer capability guarantees its own repeat business. Every engagement ends with documented procedures and a team trained to run them. Retainers should be a choice, not a dependency.
- 05
Recommendations come with the numbers attached
Strategy that has not been modelled is opinion. Every material recommendation we make arrives with the financial consequence of doing it, not doing it, and doing it badly.
Training
Capability that stays after we leave
Every engagement ends with documented procedures and a team trained to run them. Training is where that handover happens.

Credentials
Where we are accountable
Professional membership is checkable, which is exactly why it matters. We list only bodies we can evidence.

Our professional memberships and registration details are published here once each reference number is confirmed. We would rather show nothing than show a credential a prospective client cannot verify.
